Hi, the Duvet Cover arrived yesterday. I am very unhappy. The cover has several dirt spots on it that appear to be grease or some other substance. I have taken pictures. I would send it back for a refund immediatly if I could. But, my daughter was so excited to get it and it was a birthday present. She would be devestated. How do you suggest we rectify this situation? The quality is not what I paid for.
I love the picture but wish the carpeting was thicker. It is more like a mat rather than carpeting. I think the price was a little high for what I got.
The duvet cover I ordered is paper thin and the colors are way off from the pic on the website. I should have know this was a rip off because there is absolutely no personal customer service. No one to call or care about customer satisfaction. I suppose you have to run your business that way when your products are garbage. If anyone at Vision bedding cares about this customer please call me at 954-253-0373. I am Mostly unhappy with the colors being so far off.
