All pillows are made of a soft microfiber material and are white on the back side. We can do prints on both sides for an extra charge.

This pillow is made to order, so there is production time plus ship time. We do our best to get your item according to the schedule on the listing.
For orders with personalization, production starts on the day after the final layout is approved.

- Items that were damaged due to shipping or lost in transit will be reported and may take 4-6 WEEKS of approval according to ship couriers' policy.
- Items lost in delivery will be reported to the courier by shipper unless the courier requires customer to report.
