This product is made to order. The production time generally takes from 5-7 business days and shipping time is extra.
For orders with personalization, production starts on the day the final layout is approved.

- Items that were damaged due to shipping or lost in transit will be reported and may take 4-6 WEEKS of approval according to ship couriers' policy.
- Items lost in delivery will be reported to the courier by shipper unless the courier requires customer to report.
