You tell us specifically what you want when ordering and we will create a proof for your approval (or changes).
The proof will be created by a designer and will be in your account for your approval normally within 24 hours on weekdays.
If for some reason we can Not do what you want, and you have not confirmed the order, we will cancel the order and refund 100% of your money in full Gruaranteed.
Your unique design will appear on the top side, which is made of a Needle Punch Polyester fabric - it is very durable.
Bottom side is made of a non-skid latex backing with bound edges for durability.
Clean rug by shaking firmly or vacuuming gently. You can use soap and water as well but it is not recommended to machine wash or dry.
Design will not fade or peal - do not dry clean or iron.

ALLOW 7-10 DAYS FOR PRODUCTION TIME AND THEN SHIP TIME IS EXTRA
Each item is custom made on demand (whether you choose personalization or not) and takes an estimated 7 to 10 business days for production time from the day you confirm your order, and then it ships via your choice of shipping option (ground, next day, international)
