When sending us a picture or an artwork, make sure to use images that feature contrasting colors and show contrasts of light and dark well. Make sure to also use large, bold text in your designs. Please avoid using images using gradients and thin, small text.
Please don't expect colors to match exactly as some graphics turn out quite differently when put through the woven process.
Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water. Always use a mild detergent and non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low heat.
The design will not fade - do not dry clean or iron.
ALLOW 5-7 DAYS FOR PRODUCTION TIME AND THEN SHIP TIME IS EXTRA
Each item is custom made on demand (whether you choose personalization or not) and takes an estimated 5 to 7 business days for production time from the day you confirm your order, and then it ships via your choice of shipping option (ground, next day, international)
