Normal production time is 3-5 business days, and then allow the proper shipping times. All shipping is done via FedEx unless address is an International address or a PO Box then we send it via the United States Postal Service.

Our special process does not alter the blankets fabric texture, it is gentle and the picture won't fade! Blankets feel and wash just like the clothes you wear everyday! Our end result is a soft, superb high-quality personalized photo blanket!

You can wash your photo blanket in a regular machine washer just simply wash on the gentle cycle in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. NEVER use any form of bleach when you wash your blanket; not even color safe bleach just to be on the safe side.

The top of the blankets (picture side) is a plush and very soft to the touch micro-suede fabric. The bottom of your photo blanket is polar fleece which is very very soft and comes in 13 colors. We surge stitch both layers together for extra durability.

Well, actually you can use as many as you would like. However when you upload your photographs using our online creation tool you will be able to upload 16 total. For most people this is plenty, if you would like more you can create the collage yourself using photoshop on your computer or inquiry us about doing it for you!

Yes, you can mail us the photograph however it is much faster and easier if you take your photograph to Kinkos or a copy shop and have them scan your photograph at 300dpi. Then you can just upload or email it to us. It is usually no more cost to have them scan it for you then it is to mail your picture to us!

While NEVER is a strong word, we will say that your picture is permenantly dyed into the fabric and therefore will not fade any faster than your clothes will, and remember you won't wash this blanket near as much as your clothes! Our process is NOT screen printing or silk screening so the image will not peal or fade like that.

After purchasing you will notice a pending order in your account with us. Click that and you will be able to use our online photo creation tool for uploading and cropping your photos. You will be able to capture the perfect image just the way you want it and see a preview of your personalized blanket before you submit it for production.
