Sweep away your accessories for your tropical island and go with a traditional pretty landscape scene on your bed. Or, what about mountain landscapes with snow capped mountain peaks? This can be a great idea in the middle of the summer when you want to beat the heat. Put some cool mint scented candles in the room and turn the air conditioning on and escape from the heat wave!
There are some fun things you can do to change the mood in your bedroom. Invest in some beautiful bedding sets that you can bring out when the mood strikes you. Fill a few hatboxes with matching accessories for your different themes. You can even buy programmable potpourri dispenser to match your mood with cool scents, warm scents and hot, musky romantic scents as well.
Your bed is the biggest thing in your room and can be like an artist’s canvas in terms of inspiration. Instead of a plain and boring or loud and irritating pattern on it, use your bed to set the mood for the room to what you want.
