Will My Pictures Work?
If you are unsure if a particular picture will work, (dont worry).
You will be able to personally preview your completed design BEFORE it goes into production.
- The larger the photo the better.
- The clearer the photo - the better your product will look.
- Stay away from grainy photos from cell phones.
- Stay away from photos pulled directly from a website - unless size is 300k or larger
- If you use a layout with more photos you can get away with smaller & blurrier pictures
Files larger than 300K in file size are recommended, but not always neccessary.
We will personally email you a preview for your confirmation if we find that some of your pictures may be a problem.

How Many Pictures Can I Use?
Technically the answer is UNLIMITED! if you make your own collage.
All Bedding Sizes can use = 1, 2, 4, 9, 12, or 16 pictures

Can I Create My Own Photo Bedding Collage?
Yes you may use your own photo collage if you want, please keep these things in mind:
Your photo collage must be the same proportions as the product.
For example if you are ordering a 18x18 inch pillow, your collage must be 18x18 inches also.
To ensure that your photo collage will work it MUST be saved in jpg or jpeg format.
If your photo collage is too small, or not the proper proportion, and we must remake it at a larger size,
an additional design fee will apply because we will need to remake the whole thing or the photos will be
of bad quality.

We recommend 100 dpi (you can use higher if you want) and making the collage the exact same size as
the product you are purchasing.
Example:
Pillow = 18x18 inches so you would make your digital collage 1800x1800 pixels.
18 inches x 100dpi (dots per inch) = 1800 pixels

What is Your Custom Bedding Made Of?
The top of the bedding (picture side) is a plush and very soft to the touch micro-suede fabric.
The bottom of your custom bedding is luxury soft 320 Thread Count sateen cotton available in black or white.
We surge stitch both layers together for extra durability.

We use our proprietary 5 step Visionation process to specially dye your picture into the fabric.
It is this special process that makes our custom photo bedding the most vibrant and clear on the market.
In addition our special process does not alter the material and its just like like colored clothing you wear daily.

Can I Wash My Custom Bedding - Will It Fade?
You can machine wash your bedding on cold water and tumble dry on low heat.
Your custom bedding will not fade any faster then regular clothing.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Custom Bedding?
Normal production time is 3-5 business days, plus shipping.
Ground shipping usually takes 2-4 days
3 days for our 3-day shipping, and 1 day for next day air shipping.
All shipping is done via FedEx, unless address is a P.O., A.P.O, or International address and then we send via United States Parcel Service.
We offer rush order service for $89 which will have your product in 4 days total guaranteed or your money back. (Applies to USA orders only)

How Will I Know When My Custom Bedding Ships?
An email will be automatically sent to you with tracking number upon shipment.

Do You Ship Internationally?
YES - we ship any where in the world except maybe Antarctica!
Cost is 49.95 anywhere outside the USA and ships via United States Postal Service
You are responsible for any fees, customs, etc..
